We currently accept PayPal as the only method of payment on this site. Other arrangements can be made if you so desire. If your order is faxed to us (in essence NOT using this site to place you order), payment arrangements will be made at that time. Tax info: We charge 7.25% tax for orders shipping to California only.
If you don't like your urn, you have thirty (30) days to return it for a refund of your purchase price. We cannot accept return of urns that are damaged or have been used. Engraving charges and shipping expenses are not refunded.
